PARKWAY TRAIL SYSTEM OPENING DAY UPDATE:
Howdy,
We just wanted to update everyone with a few nuggets of information for Saturday’s Opening day events.
Opening day will run from 11 am until 4 pm in the park area along the Greenbelt at Derry st., followed by Troeg’s Brewing Co. Happy Hours on the deck at the Paxtang Grill from 4-6. Come out, meet other riders and learn the trails!

All rides full-loop, intermediate pace. 11.5 miles. No one left behind. All rides meet at the gate. Consult ride leader with questions!
-SAMBA tours depart at 11:30, 12:30, 1:00 and 1:30
-Ladies ONLY ride (Strictly for the ladies!) departs 12 noon
-Dirt Surfers Ride-Notorious local group known for party pace, fun rides. Ride at your own risk! Departs 2:00 returns ???
-Kid’s ride departs 2:30. Short loop. Parent required.
After riding and hanging out join us across the street, on the deck at THE PAXTANG GRILL for a very special TROEGS BREWING CO. Happy Hours event featuring great deals on Hop Knife and giveaways with Christa and Melissa from Troegs. The perfect way to end this special day!!!
PARKING:
Is very limited at the event but is available at the Visiting Nurses Association 3315 Derry St and at the Paxtang Borough Municipal building 3423 Derry Street. Consider parking nearby and riding into the event if possible (using the Greenbelt) for convenience. Please DO NOT park at City Line Diner.
