The BASH at Muckelratz is a rain or shine non-competitive moutain bike weekend in the Weiser State Forest on the Rattling Creek Trail system. SAMBA has continued holding the event to generate funding to pay for the upkeep and possible expansion of the Rattling Creek IMBA Epic.

Rattling Creek Trail System MapYou can Camp all three days, camp one night or just come up and enjoy the main event on Saturday September the 14th.
Saturday the 14th As always the main thing is the IMBA Epic Rides on Saturday. This year we will have aid stations out on the Epic on Saturday stocked with cold water and snacks to keep you going. Group rides will be available for all levels of riders from shorter rides to the full IMBA Epic.
Starting at 8 am Saturday:

Yoga by Free Spirit Yoga
Group Rides with SAMBA Ride Leaders
New Belgium will sponsor beer for Saturday dinner and after the rides Saturday!
Forrest Feed: Pulled Pork,mac n cheese, potato salad, baked beans, and slaw! Dinner 5pm
Live Music by Poolside and a campfire Saturday evening
Also on Saturday: Holmes Cycling and Fitness will have Trek sponsored Demo Bikes, Moxie Cycling Company: Wicked Girl Jerseys will be available, Velofix will be on site for repairs, parts extra! Sacred Rides Michaux and “CBD Supply MD Penn” will be there. Great SAMBA gear and maybe a raffle or two.
For those wanting the full Bash Experience Gates open Thursday at 1 pm. Rides are on your own Thursday maps will be provided and limited SAG available if needed. Friday afternoon is when SAMBA starts leading rides and Friday night Jo-Jo’s Pizza of Elizabethville will deliver your order to camp. Lupine lights will have a light demo ride Friday night and as always Campfires each night. Gates will close by 1:00 on Sunday

HELMETS and WAIVERS are required on all groups rides due to our insurance regulations.
